1. 1. By accessing the website and contents through the registration you agree with the policy of usage and privacy of Shaneacademy.
2. 2. You give consent for us to access and store your name, designation, email address and phone number on our server, third party server and academy emails. This data will be used exclusively to contact you and to provide you with tailored details of future programmes and website learning resource updates. This will not be shared or used for any other marketing purposes beyond Shaneacademy.org. You permit us to contact you through the WhatsApp account owned by the academy.
3. 3. All payments are processed through secure PayPal/Stripe services and Shaneacademy does not store any payment card or bank details on our server.
4. 4. On purchase of a particular service like exam training you are entitled to get the date & time-dependent service as offered and access eligible contents on the website. The ID and password are intended only for the registered individual and should not be shared in any circumstance. The contents on the online platform and live sessions should not be copied by any means including screenshots for sharing. The contents and services are intended only for the registered individual and not for a group exhibition or online streaming by the attendees. Any evidence of a break in the above agreements will enable us to cancel the registration including the offered service with immediate effect without a refund.
5. 5. An unexpected partial disruption in the timed live services due to an issue from the academy side will be compensated by extending the session beyond the planned end time. Since it's not rare to have issues in live remote online training, you agree to reserve time for extended learning beyond the planned end time of that particular session. In an event of complete cancellation of a live programme due to an issue on the academy side, you will be compensated by offering a place in future sessions or a refund that is not more than the paid amount. Our programmes are backed up by exclusive IT personnel and we expect them to run smoothly.
6. 6. Academy is not responsible for the device or network performance at the attendee's end and any disruption due to a failure at that end will not be compensated. Please let us know immediately of any issues and we will be happy to help you in the learning process.
